BCS Higher Education Qualifications RECOGNITION

The Higher Education Qualifications of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT comprise of three levels:

Certificate - examined to the academic standard of the first year of a university honours degree

Diploma (Diploma Examination & Project) - examined to the academic standard of the second year of a university honours degree

Professional Graduate Diploma (Professional Graduate Diploma Examination & Project) - examined to the academic standard of a UK university honours degree.

The Higher Education Qualifications have been accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and included in the National Qualifications Framework for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Higher Education Qualifications are recognised by the National Accreditation & Equivalence Council of the Ministry of Education, Mauritius. (see Certificate below)

All BCS Examinations are conducted by the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate.

All Examinations related administrative work is undertaken by the Regional Office
